Optional recording system
A Pro Tools HD 2 recording system is available at an extra £400 cost to bands and artists offering recording of all 48mic/line inputs at 24bit 48Khz and the desk mix to Pro Tools HD system. Must be requested and arranged in advance when booking the venue with The Fridge.
Recordings will include as part of the fee
A firewire 400 hard drive containing a Pro Tools HD multitrack of the show for artist/label etc to keep. The multitrack would consist of either
Up to 46 mic/line channels from stage all on their own track + stereo crowd recording + copy of desk mix for reference.
or
Up to 48 mic/line channels from stage all on their own track but no stereo crowd recording + copy of desk mix for reference

A note re the recording of DJ sets.
Our engineer can easily set this up and give you a 2 track feed from the desk mix, but you must bring your own recording system and cables. Our systems 2 track outputs are analogue balanced TRS jacks. Note, more complex recordings can be catered for but we must be notified in advance and there may be additional charges from the Venue and engineer costs.
